Bariatric Butternut Squash Puree

Ingredients

1 Butternut Squash
14 Cup Olive Oil
1 Pinch Kosher Salt
14 Cup Fairlife Milk
1 Tablespoon (15g) unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Start by cutting your butternut squash in half.

Scooping them guts out!

Bush in a little olive oil.

Add a pinch of salt.

We’re cooking this in the oven at 425 degrees for an hour. 
Roasting this with a little salt and olive oil brings out so much flavor!

Next, remove the skin from our squash and get it to the food processor. Just some cinnamon, swerve, a tablespoon of butter and 1/4 cup of Fairlife will make this silky smooth.

Pop this in an airtight container for up to 5 days!
