1 Butternut Squash | |
1⁄4 Cup Olive Oil | |
1 Pinch Kosher Salt | |
1⁄4 Cup Fairlife Milk | |
1 Tablespoon (15g) unsalted butter |
Directions

Start by cutting your butternut squash in half.

We’re cooking this in the oven at 425 degrees for an hour.
Roasting this with a little salt and olive oil brings out so much flavor!

Next, remove the skin from our squash and get it to the food processor. Just some cinnamon, swerve, a tablespoon of butter and 1/4 cup of Fairlife will make this silky smooth.
