Ingredients

1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Bag of Mixed Vegetables
1 Container of Biscuits

Directions

Step 1

Open a bag of frozen vegetables and add them to a large bowl that can be placed in the microwave. Spoiler alert: we will be using a microwave!

Step 2

Next, add an entire can of cream of chicken soup followed by some rotisserie chicken breast. Toss this in the microwave for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
You'll notice I use rotisserie chicken in most of my recipes because it's quick, easy, and inexpensive.

Step 3

Next, let's make our crust. Break open the can of biscuits and flatten them out into a muffin pan. Make sure to use Pam because these will stick! After forming your pie crust, add the pie filling to each cup. Bake these in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
