Ingredients

1 Diced .Onion
5 Diced Garlic Cloves
13 cup soy sauce
2 Rotisserie Chicken Breats
2/3 Bottle of Sticky Fingers BBQ Sauce
1/3 Bag of Tostitos Tortilla Chips
1/2 Cup of Mexican Cheese
1 Diced Scallion

Directions

Step 1

First, we start by sautéing an onion and adding some soy sauce. Seriously, these onions are like candy!

Next, we'll add some chopped garlic and diced chicken breast, smothering all of that in some sticky fingers BBQ sauce.

Step 3

The key to nachos is presentation. Put a small cup in the middle of your plate and start throwing down some scoops- top with some cheese and let that melt in the over for about 12 minutes at 385 degrees.
