Bariatric Taco Night: Provolone Cheese Mini Chicken Tacos

1 Rotisserie Chicken
1 Can of Corn
1 Red onion
1 Lime
1 Packet Chicken fajita mix
1 Handful Cilantro

Directions

Step 1: Taco Shells

First let’s make our shells, just some provolone cheese cut into circles. I literally use a mason jar to cut these down- bake these in the oven at 380 for 8 minutes

Step 2: Taco Filling

Next let’s make some tacos! Start off with some red onion Add a little corn, black beans taco seasoning and rotisserie chicken mix that all together and hit that with some lime juice and cilantro- Seriously if you love a fresh taste you’re going to love these!

Step 3 Put it all together

Fold your cheese shells in half and lay down some taco filling- I tend to make a bunch because these are so addicting- full of protein and flavor for all to enjoy- pack the rest up in mason jars and you have lunch for every day of the week
