Bariatric Veggie Salad Wraps

I’m so not a salad person but I started making these veggie wraps just to have a healthy snack when I feel snacky

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 Spring Roll Wrap
1 Carrot
4 Leaves Tai Basil
12 Cucumber
1 Handful Crushed peanuts 
13 Cup Peanut sauce 

Directions

Step 1

I’ve seen people make these before and the trick to not making these look like a salad-filled condom is soaking the rice wrap in warm water.

Step 2

Place the rice wrap down and start adding your favorite veggies. I’m adding lettuce, cucumber, and tai basil.  A good veggie wrap needs variety: A little sweet, a little savory and a little crunchy. I’m adding some crushed peanuts. 
I pack these in jars and just grab them throughout the day. You can’t feel guilty eating vegetables unless of course they weren't yours but even then.
