1 Zucchini | |

6oz Parmesan Cheese | |
1⁄4 Cup of Olive Oil |

Prep
Preheat your oven at 400
The key to making these crispy is by pulling the extra water out of the zucchini. Slice up your zucchini and place the slices on a paper towel. While those are drying, let’s prep our ingredients.

Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, a a tablespoon of salt, a teaspoon of of pepper, and a pinch of smoked paprika.

Step 3
Place your dried zucchini into a bowl and drizzle olive oil all over the slices. Take you Parmesan mixture and dump it on top. Make sure every chip gets plenty of seasoning!

Place each chip on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Put these in the over at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
