1 Spaghetti squash | |
2 Sausage Links | |
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese | |
1⁄4 Freeze-Dried Parsley | |
1 Jar Rao's Marinara Sauce | |
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese |
Directions

Step 1 Squash Prep
Take your spaghetti squash and slice it in half.

Step 2
Remove all the guts and seeds. Place each half into a roasting pan filled with a little water at the bottom.
Place these into your oven at 400 degree for 40 minutes

Step 3
While that's cooking, let's get our chicken sausage ready. I fry the sausage with a little bit of olive oil.

Set timer for 40 minutes. 40 minutes later. Remove your squash from the oven. With a fork, pull your spaghetti from the squash.
Give the squash about 10 minutes to cool before handling. It is very hot!!!

With your spaghetti removed and placed into a boil, let's add some flavor! Just a little salt and olive oil. Toss this well and taste often!

Spray a muffin pan down with pam. Add cheese, spaghetti and marinara sauce... then maybe a little more cheese.
Place this bake into the oven for 400 degrees for another 20 minutes.

Slice up your sausage and place on the top of each spaghetti nest. Place a basil leaf on top along with some parmesan cheese and enjoy!!!
